Launched in 2010, Carbon 3, is a result of a collaboration between the legendary designer Nigel Irens and Tuco Marine in Denmark. She was developed with one purpose in mind – record breaking fast sailing. The secrets behind Carbon 3 are simple, streamlined design build with high attention on minimizing both weight and cost.

Built in carbon, the boat consists of two floats and a middlefloat connected by two arms on each sides. Inside the middlefloat there is room for some provisions. A trampoline net is suspended between the two main floats.

She has a rotating and canting carbon mast with carbon rigging. The Code zero and Gennaker are set from the bowsprit on furler.

After buying Carbon 3 in 2019, relocating the boat in Hong Kong and racing her for a few years, the owner has ecided to sell her as he is now moving to a new project.
